本産品(pǐn)白色粉末狀、無臭、無味，呈(chéng)強堿性(xìng)的固體(tǐ)，高溫熔融(róng)産物(wù)爲白色粉(fěn)末，溶(róng)于水(shuǐ)，不溶(róng)于乙(yǐ)醇，在(zài)空氣中易(yì)吸收水分和二(èr)氧化碳，水(shuǐ)中溶(róng)解後易(yì)析(xī)出氧化鋁沉澱。

1.土木工程(chéng)方面，本品(pǐn)與水(shuǐ)玻璃混合用與(yǔ)施工(gōng)中(zhōng)的堵漏。

2.造紙行業，本品與硫(liú)酸鋁混合(hé)使用是(shì)一種良好的填充劑。

3.水(shuǐ)處理方面，可做(zuò)淨水(shuǐ)劑助劑。

4.可(kě)作爲(wèi)水泥速凝(níng)劑。

5.在(zài)石(shí)油化(huà)工、制藥、橡膠(jiāo)、印染(rǎn)、紡織(zhī)、催(cuī)化(huà)劑生(shēng)産中也(yě)有較廣(guǎng)泛(fàn)的應(yīng)用。

6.钛白(bái)粉生(shēng)産過程中(zhōng)使用(yòng)該産(chǎn)品，使(shǐ)其表面(miàn)包膜，提(tí)高其(qí)特(tè)性。
